“While I’m sitting in my office still buzzing from the success booked and all credited to Yosof I’m struggling to find the correct wording to express our respect and gratitude towards Yosof in retrieving outstanding money owed to us from a substantial, highly sensitive and political project in the Borough of Chelsea & Kensington completed in May of this year.
Our client had decided to make A payment out of the blue and far overdue from invoice date less than the balance, at no stage prior to payment had our client contested our invoice or issued a pay less notice.
Upon sending a reminder for the outstanding balance I received an email from our client MD with a personal “justification” for paying less to which we replied, in short not accepting the justification insisting on full payment of the outstanding balance.
After a few more emails, now dealing with the clients estimator I considered the monies lost as I did not have the professional expertise to pursue with the correct jargon to quote and referring to relevant Acts, and was looking on how to mitigate/bridge the cashflow gap
Reaching out and speaking with Yosof was easy, relaxed and immediately took stress levels down, Yosof’s professional conduct and responses without using his specialist jargon was like having a conversation with a dear friend , even when taking on our case without any other obligations, there was a shroud of tranquility being draped over my business that i've worked so hard for to date.
Within days a letter was send to our client with the intent of an adjudication and within 4 days the entire matter was settled and monies received, needles to say I praise Yosof into the highest of echelons of his profession and expertise.

However; with my business growing and steering into the sphere of major contractors and Tier 1 subcontractors dealing with scrupulous business owners and their QS teams, this means that cashflow is crucial to maintain relationships with suppliers and sub contractors insisting on getting paid on time and when due and rightfully so.
Which sometimes im not Able to do as a direct result of late payers or at worst non-payers.
